Mohammad Mehdi Azizzadeh, head of the exhibition’s permanent secretariat, told IQNA that Mosalla is a cultural and religious place and is suitable for Quranic activities.
That is why there has been an insistence on holding the exhibition at the Mosalla, he noted.
It is also the best venue for the exhibition given its good accessibility from different parts of the city, he added.
Noting that the 31st edition of the Tehran International Holy Quran Exhibition will be held during the Nowruz holidays from March 20 to April 3, he said the exhibition organizers will be given the venue on March 15 to start preparations for the event.
He expected that organizing the expo in the holidays will lead to more visitors as was the case in last year.
As for the timing of the exhibition, Azizzadeh said the expo will welcome the visitors everyday from 5 PM to 1 AM.
