Hojat-ol-Islam Abdol Fattah Navab thanked the Iranian officials who made it possible for the pilgrims to vote.
He also thanked the Saudi government for helping the process of Iran’s pilgrims’ participation in the voting.
Hojat-ol-Islam Navab further remembered the late Iranian president and foreign minister for their services in supporting the Hajj pilgrimage.
He hoped that Iranians would elect a president who will serve the people like the late president.
Iran held its 14th presidential polls on Friday, June 28, after the martyrdom of President Ebrahim Raisi in a tragic helicopter crash on May 19.

Nearly 59,000 polling stations were set up across the country for the votes.
A total of 340 polling stations were also set up in 100 countries to enable the Iranian expatriates to take part in the election.
The Iranian Hajj pilgrims cast their ballots in their hotels in the holy cities of Mecca and Medina.
