These activities include Quran teaching classes for children and young adults during the school holidays.
The Quranic classes are held at Quran centers across the country in addition to Maktabs (old Quran schools), Al-Masa website reported.
In addition to Quranic teachings, the participants receive lessons on Islamic teachings and moral values.
There are also lessons on the Arabic language, Seerah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), and Islamic jurisprudence.
Earlier, the Awqaf ministry of Algeria had reported the participation of more than 50,000 children of expatriates in the country’s summer Quranic courses.
