'Racist': Man Caught on Camera Hurling Islamophobic Slurs at London Bus Driver
The Documenting Oppression Against Muslims (DOAM) group shared the video on Thursday, describing the incident as a "racist thug abusing a Muslim driver in London."
The video shows the man repeatedly yelling "Muslim terrorist" at the bus driver while swearing. He also demanded that the driver get out of the bus and was seen spitting and hitting the bus’s protective screen, Anadolu Agency reported on Thursday.
This incident comes amid a period of unrest in the UK, with violent far-right rioters targeting Muslims, minority groups, and immigrants.
The riots were fueled by false claims spread online that the suspect arrested for the July 29 fatal stabbing of three children in Southport was a Muslim asylum seeker.

Authorities have since identified the attacker as Axel Rudakubana, a 17-year-old born in Cardiff to Rwandan parents. Despite this clarification, far-right mobs have continued their activities.
As of August 8, a total of 483 people have been arrested, and 149 charges have been filed in connection with the riots in towns and cities across England.
