22nd Moscow Int’l Quran Contest to Convene Reciters from over 30 Countries

IQNA – The 22nd edition of the Moscow international Quran competition will be held in the Russian capital next month.

A contender in the 21st edition of the Moscow international Quran contest

 

Organized by the Spiritual Administration of the Muslims of the Russian Federation, it will take place in Moscow from November 6 to 8, according to the press service of administration. 

Top Quran reciters from more than 30 countries will take part in the competition. Participants will demonstrate their knowledge and skill in reciting the Holy Quran.

The contestants’ performances will take place in the Moscow Cathedral Mosque.

The closing ceremony of the contest is slated to take place on November 8 in the concert hall of the Cosmos Hotel.
