Al-Aqsa Flood Operation’s Strategic Outcomes to Be Witnessed Soon: Hamas Official
Khaled Meshaal, the head of the Hamas political bureau outside of Gaza, made the remark in a ceremony held in Cairo to honor Palestinian prisoners recently released from Israeli jails as part of a ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel.
He said the operation, carried out by Palestinian resistance forces against the Israeli regime on October 7, 2023, created a great storm with major strategic gains.
“We will see the effects of this storm, and we have seen how the Zionist regime is collapsing from within and its wounds are deepening. We will see how this storm reveals the Israeli regime’s ugly face to the world and renders ineffective the misleading propaganda it has carried out for decades.”
He also called for national unity in Palestine based on principles, adding that Palestine will receive more support at the regional and international levels.
