In a post on X, Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalili referred to the tragic humanitarian conditions in the Gaza Strip and stressed the need for aiding the oppressed people in the Palestinian enclave, Al-Arabi al-Jadid reported.
He said there is a need for solidarity and support for the people of Palestine, adding that just as people support their family members and relatives in times of hardship, they ae duty-bound to stand by the people of Gaza.
Highlighting the importance of humanitarian aid, he added, “We urge all compassionate and kind-hearted individuals around the world to pay attention to the dire situation in Gaza and take action to support them, as the effects of charity are always eternal and lasting.”
Elsewhere in the post, the Grand Mufti of Oman praised the decisive stance of Yemeni resistance fighters against the Israeli regime and described it as a just reaction of the Zionists’ crimes.

On Friday, Yemen’s Ansarullah leader Abdul Malik Badreddin al-Houthi gave mediators four days to ensure the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza, warning that, otherwise, Yemen’s military attacks against Israeli targets would resume.
