Kelthum Yaakub, from Pasir Mas, Kelantan, marked the occasion surrounded by her large family, which includes 11 children, 50 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren, New Straits Times reported.
Despite her advanced age, Kelthum—affectionately known as Makwa—remains active and continues to read the Quran and observe fasting during Ramadan.
"I also still walk to the nearby shop," she told Bulletin TV3.

In addition to maintaining her prayers, she shared her approach to staying healthy, which includes staying hydrated and consuming ulam, a traditional Malay salad made of raw vegetables and herbs.
