In a spiritually uplifting event, the municipality of Karasu, located in the northwestern Turkish province of Sakarya, organized a celebration to recognize a group of young girls who successfully memorized the entire Quran.

The ceremony, held in a joyful and reverent atmosphere, highlighted the significance of Quranic education in the local community.

According to a report by Yeni Şafak, the event included a symbolic march of the Quran memorizers. Local religious leaders, including the district mufti and prominent imams, attended the gathering and contributed with Quran recitations and inspirational speeches.

The ceremony attracted widespread public interest and included the reading of a message from the head of Turkey’s Directorate of Religious Affairs (Diyanet), underscoring national support for Quran memorization efforts.
