25 Students Honored as Quran Memorizers in Shopian Ceremony

IQNA – In Shopian, Jammu and Kashmir, Jamia Siraj ul Uloom recently celebrated a milestone by honoring 25 students who completed the memorization of the entire Quran.

The event drew thousands from across the region, underscoring the community's respect for Quranic scholars, Brighter Kashmir reported on Monday.

The ceremony featured Quranic recitations, speeches by scholars, and communal prayers, creating a spiritually uplifting atmosphere. This gathering not only highlighted the students' achievements but also reinforced community bonds and the importance of Quranic education.

Jamia Siraj ul Uloom, located in the apple orchards of Hillow, Imam Sahib, offers a range of courses, including Quranic memorization, Tafseer, Hadith, and Fiqh, ensuring a comprehensive Islamic education.
