In a message on Monday, Hojat-ol-Islam Mohammad Mehdi Imanipour described Ayatollah Raisi as a president who put his life at the service of the people and did not neglect this sacred goal for a second until the last moments of his life.
He added that the president’s defense of aspirations and principles of the Islamic Revolution and his efforts for relying on the country’s profound capacities and capabilities on the path of economic and social growth was praiseworthy.
The ICRO chief said accepting this tragedy is very difficult for those loving the Islamic Iran but one should submit to the will of God, the Almighty.
He offered condolences to Imam Zaman (may God hasten his glad advent), Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, the bereaved family of Ayatollah Raisi, and the members of the administration.
