Recommendations include avoiding walking barefoot for long distances, wearing comfortable shoes in non-prayer courtyards, and resting when tired.
The ministry noted that physical preparedness can reduce the risk of exhaustion. Pilgrims are advised to avoid heavy meals, get adequate rest, stay hydrated, and drink sufficient liquids while in Mecca.
