Sheikh Sabri Warns of Intensified Israeli Moves against Al-Aqsa
Sheikh Ekrima Sabri underlined the need for swift and extensive action in all areas to confront the Israeli regime’s plots against al-Quds and al-Aqsa, Shihab News reported.
He noted that since the war on the Gaza Strip began, the Zionists have escalated their storming of al-Aqsa Mosque and introduced unprecedented security measures and siege on the mosque.
The occupiers are implementing the policy of forced mass relocation against Palestinian youths, something that happens nowhere else in the world, he deplored.
Sheikh Sabri went on to say that the Israeli moves are part of their project of judaization and changing the Islamic identity of al-Quds and al-Aqsa.
Al-Aqsa Mosque is the world's third-holiest site for Muslims. Jews call the area the Temple Mount, claiming it was the site of two Jewish temples in ancient times.
