21 Papers to Be Presented at Quran, Sunnah Scientific Miracle Conference in Egypt
Slated for October 26-27, it will be organized by the Arab country’s Scientific Miracle of the Quran Society in cooperation with Al-Azhar Islamic University.
Scholars and researchers from Egypt and 9 other Arab and Muslim countries are expected to take part in the conference, al-Hurriyah News website reported.
There will be 6 scholarly forums on different aspects of the scientific miracle in the Quran and the Holy Prophet’s (PBUH) Sunnah.
According to Ali Fuad Mukhaymir, the president of the conference, the papers that will be presented focus on scientific evidence for the miracles of the Holy Book and the Sunnah.
Definition, rules and outcomes of scientific miracle, creation of mankind from clay, Mecca being the center of the earth, and rhetorical miracle of the Quran are among the themes of the paper, he said.
The Holy Quran contains many scientific miracles that have amazed scientists in different fields.
Scientific miracle is among the main aspects of the Quran’s miracles in today’s era. Many verses of the Quran refer to scientific issues. Since some of these issue had not been discovered at the time of the Quran’s revelation and people found about them only centuries later, they are considered as a part of the Holy Book’s miracle.
