Printing Quran to Increase in Saudi Arabia

IQNA – Saudi Arabia plans to increase the number of the Qurans printed in the country.

Abdullatif Bin Abdulaziz Bin Abdulrahman Al al-Sheikh, the Saudi minister of Islamic affairs, Dawah, and guidance, has ordered the number to rise to more tha 18 million copies this year. 

This includes translations of the Holy Book in different languages, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

Al-Sheikh issued the order during a visit to the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran.

The King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran is based in the holy city of Medina.

It produces about millions of copies of the Quran every year.
