IQNA – The leader of Yemen’s Ansarullah movement warned that if the Israeli enemy chooses to resume the war on Gaza, all of the occupied Palestinian territories will come under fire.

Ansarullah leader Abdul Malik al-Houthi

Speaking at a meeting with Yemeni scholars and government officials on Friday, Abdul Malik Badreddin al-Houthi said that Yemenis constantly monitor the situation in the Gaza Strip to remain aware of the Zionist enemy’s commitment to the ceasefire deal.

He said the Israeli regime’s refusing to retreat from the Rafah front is a serious violation of the ceasefire agreement and amounts to defiance and rebellion against the commitments of this agreement, encouraged by the US.

He said the refusal to leave Rafah is a dangerous threat to the Palestinian nation as well as the people, government and army of Egypt, Al Maseerah reported.

The Zionist enemy has also failed to fully withdraw from southern Lebanon and this means the continuation of the occupation and threatening the Lebanese nation and violating its sovereignty, he stated.

Al-Houthi also said that after US President Donald Trump threatened to wage war on Gaza if Hamas didn’t release Israeli captives, Yemen stood ready to resume its military operations against the Zionist regime and the US as soon as Trump went ahead with his threats.

He reiterated Yemen’s unchanging stance on supporting the people of Palestine, Hezbollah, and the Lebanese nation against Israeli threats and aggressions.
