The special programming will feature the voices of legendary Quran reciters, including Mohamed Rifat, Mahmoud Khalil Al-Hussary, Mohamed Siddiq Al-Minshawi, Abdul Basit Abdel Samad, Ali Mahmoud, Taha Al-Fashni, and Sayed Naqshbandi.
In addition, the radio station has expanded its list of muezzins, adding prominent figures such as Sheikh Mustafa Ismail and Sheikh Nasruddin Tobar. With these additions, the total number of reciters leading the adhan on the station has now reached nine, Al-Mashhad reported.
One of the highlights of the Ramadan broadcast will be the airing of the Maghrib adhan (call to sunset prayer) in the voice of Sheikh Mohamed Rifat, known for his deeply reverent and historic recitation style.

As part of its Ramadan programming, Quran Radio Egypt will also broadcast previously unaired recitations by Taha Al-Fashni and Kamel Youssef Al-Bahtimi.
Additionally, 18 newly uncovered recitations by Sheikh Mustafa Ismail, never before aired by the station, and rare recordings of Sheikh Mohamed Rifat from 1934 will be presented to the audience.
