Pakistani Lawmakers Express Support for Iran, Slam US, Israeli Acts of Aggression

IQNA – Pakistani parliamentarians underlined their support for the Islamic Republic of Iran against the acts of aggression by the Zionist regime and the United States.

The South Asian country’s parliament took an unprecedented step declared itsfull support for Iran and Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei on Monday.

Representatives of various parties, including the Pakistan Muslim Unity Party and the People’s Party, held pictures of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution at the National Assembly of Pakistan in Islamabad.

They expressed their loyalty and support for the leadership of the Islamic Republic, and expressed strong opposition to the actions of the United States and the Israeli regime against Iran.

Also, members of the Tehreek-e-Insaf political party in the parliament held up banners reading “Death to America” and “Death to Israel” to show solidarity with the Iranian nation and government.

It came after US forces targeted Iran’s nuclear facilities early on Sunday, joining the Israeli regime in attacking Iran.

The Zionist regime launched its aggression on Iran on June 13, killing scores of people, mostly civilians.
