The Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has launched its annual Winter Quranic Memorization and Review Program for 1447 AH.
The course is held under the patronage of Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, providing a structured environment for Arabic-speaking men and women to deepen their engagement with the Holy Quran.
The program is open to both men and women aged 15 and above.
Applications are accepted from residents of Saudi Arabia as well as international visitors and pilgrims currently in the country.
As the entire curriculum—spanning memorization, review, and Tajweed (recitation rules)—is taught in Arabic, a functional command of the language is a mandatory requirement for participation.

Participants can choose from three dedicated educational tracks based on their proficiency:
Memorization Track for those beginning or continuing their hifz
Review Track for graduates looking to solidify their memorization
Recitation Track focused on perfecting Tajweed
Admission is contingent upon passing a personal interview, which will assess the applicant’s current Quranic knowledge and Arabic understanding.
All participants must commit to the program’s full duration and adhere to its disciplinary standards.
